Main Activities:
ALIGNMENT WITH COMPANY’SSTRATEGY
  • Assist distributors (strategic distributors, licensee and professional sub distributors - PSD).
  • Coach distributors for quick adaption to company’s world
  • Manage distributors’ image to ensure it aligns with company brands

FOCUS ON IMPROVEMENT OF DISTRIBUTOR’s BUSINESS and OPERATION EFFICIENCY

  • Support distributor to effectively manage their business (warehouse, logistics, inventory)
  • Monitor financial performance of strategic distributors in terms of realization and profit growth
  • Counsel Distributors on creation of business plans
  • Review quarterly business performance
  • Coordinate and integrate Sales & Distributor marketing/business plans and strategies
  • Maintain and improve Distributor Quality Management System (DQMS) at strategic distributors and extend this program to the licensee.

TRAINING

  • Deliver and eventually design training programs designed to improve distributor sales and business competency
  • Provide training to Distributor Sales Representative (DSRs) in how to manage and grow their targeted customer base (e.g. sales skills, sales process, sales management)

PROBLEM-SOLVING

  • Handle conflicts among distributors
  • Central point to settle multi-LOB issues

OTHERS

  • Abide by Health Safety Environment policies and procedures, prevent and report accidents/incident, near misses, comply with customer safety rules when conducting site visits
  • Coordinate, maintain and propose improvements of the Distributor Management System (DMS).
    o    In the scope of DMS, is directly in charge of Audits of each topics at the periodic-fixed pace
    o    Is directly in charge of DQMS audits
    o    Identification of gaps between DMS-required competencies and proposal of action plans
  • Follow-up of distributor contracts in coordination with Legal
Job requirements:
  • University graduate in economics (sales, marketing) or engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and marketing, preferably in managing distributors
  • Good managerial and leaderships skills, analytical thinking, negotiation skills
  • Teamwork and functional understanding of the company  - Communication skills , Influence and coach skills
  • Good command in English
